Urgent looking for Female Personal Assistant for Managing Director

Job Descriptions
  • Manage office meetings and MD's diary 
  • Meeting and entertaining clients
  • Maintain records of Director’s contacts.
  • Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.
  • Organize meetings and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
  • Manage arrangements for Trustees’ and Sub-Committee meetings, including production/distribution of agenda and papers.
  • Assist/support Director, Development Manager & Communications Manager in arranging funding partner and other events.
  • Supervise all Trust incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Has the ability to manage stress
  • An excellent PR skills, tactful and polite and has attractive and professional appearance
  • Able to communicate well in English and Malay 
  • Truthful, committed and responsible
  • Has excellent written skills (English)
Job Requirement
  • Female and good looking
  • Friendly and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Female (Malaysian Citizen only)
  • 5 Working Days - Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.00pm
  •  Must possess own transport
  •  Willing to travel (local and overseas) and work extra hours
  • Salary Range RM 3 800 – 5 000 (based on experience)
