Job Responsibilities:-
  • To develop technical and soft skills training materials
  • To plan and execute training program
  • To assess, audit and analyze the training program for further improvement
  • To prepare reports based on the trainings/events
  • To conduct audits on the training carried out at dealers’ premises
  • To support other activities
  • To liaise with government department
  • Meet dealers to complete and achieve company/department goals and objectives
  • Ad hoc tasks
Job Requirements:-
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Automotive. Candidate with Degree in Automotive or Engineering is welcome to apply for the position.
  • Candidate must have hands-on experience in automotive engineering (preferably in diesel engine).
  • Candidate with 3 years of working experience in training/teaching will has additional advantage.
  • Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Candidate must be analytical and meticulous.
  • Candidate must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate must be able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written.
  • Only open for Malaysian applicants.
Salary: Negotiable based on working experience.
