Job Description:

1. Process payroll - monthly salary encryption, EPF & SOCSO.                     
2. Coordinate recruitment of staff.                         
3. Coordinate training                   
4. Keep, maintain and update of training.                            
5. Prepare monthly report for matrix training                     
6. Records of daily attendance and overtime, monthly summary for allowance and overtime.                    
7. Keeps and maintains records of employees in the organisations, brief & prepare
    documents for new employees and amends personnel records.                         
8. Deal with enquiries from employees relating to leaves entitlement, overtime and
    etc.                             
9. Prepare monthly report of total head count and overtime.                     
10.Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 procedures                        
11.Comply with schedule waste procedures and requirements.                
12.Carry out any duties as required by the company at anytime
 
Job Requirements:         

- Possess Min. SPM
- Computer Skills: MS OFFICE
- Have at least 1 Year working experience handling HR duties in Industrial
  background.
- Able to do Process Payroll.
- Have knowledge in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 are an added knowledge.
- Hardworking and Independently.
- Possess Own Transportation.
- Good Spoken / Written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can do overtime.
- Permanent Job.
- Able to start work immediately.
