Job Description:

Back of House: 
  • Prepare amazing burgers by ensuring the products are cooked, assembled and served according to the highest standard and quality set by myBurgerLab. 
  • Prepare our products according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to achieve great quality product while maintaining the highest standard of hygiene and keeping the kitchen organized. 
  • Make use of Checklists, station cheat sheets, thermometers, timers and other necessary tools to work more effective 
  • Cleaning and general upkeep of the kitchen before, during and after shift 
  • Lead and coordinate the kitchen and assist Store Manager in stock counting and ordering once you have leveled up
Front of House:
  • Provide a great experience to customers through friendly interaction, discovery & recommendation. 
  • Serve the correct food and drinks/desserts to customers 
  • Understand customer needs and fulfilling their requests for example getting extra condiments, serviettes, cutleries 
  • Manning the cashier – ensuring correct orders are taken, make recommendations to customers on menu and ensuring correct amount of money is collected and changed
  • Geeks may be required to do some heavy lifting during work. Remember to ask other geeks for help! You might be asked to do some other ad hoc duties as and when required. As always, if you work hard and do things right, having fun while working comes naturally :)

Salary: RM7.50/hour (Part Time), RM1500/month (Full Time)
