Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Present, promote and sell products/services to new and existing customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish, maintain and develop business relationship with existing customers and identify potential customers for new business by doing research and gather market information.
  • Work closely with superior and/or related department s to resolve customer’s complaints and build stronger customer relations to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Presentation to customer and/or the Management on business plan, review, new product listing and monthly promotion plan.
  • Responsible for cheque collections and payments
Job Requirements:
  • Applicants must be a Malaysian citizen and 18 years old and above.
  • Candidate with working experience as a Sales Representative for at least 1-2 years will be an advantage.
  • Good command of English in both verbal & written and basic computer skills.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
  • Strong up-selling & communication skills in building strong working relationships and build good rapport with customers.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation.
  • Willing to work in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam
