Job Description:

Administration Support
·         Provide support to Leadership team members -  flight & accommodation booking, meeting room booking, compile documents for approval, etc.
·         Assist with hotel bookings and airport transfers for staff & visitors.
·         Support Sales Excellence training - prepare training materials, attendance tracking, lunch arrangement, etc.
·         Issue e-Purchase Request for office expenses – rental, electricity, etc.
·         Order business cards, office stationeries, pantry replenishment, gifts and wreaths for 3M staff and customers.
·         Compile and submit invoices for payment processing.
·         Printing / Binding of product catalogue.
·         Prepare invitation/ visa letter for HR approval.
·         Prepare and print Training Certificates for assigned Division.
·         Update 3M visitors’ info in E-Visitor database.
·         Prepare stationeries for new employees.
·         Assist in compiling staff’s Medical Certificates for HR record.
·         Act as backup for peers in various functions whenever assigned
 
Sample Management
·         Order, receive, sort and deliver (via courier to customers) sample products.
 
Support for Internal Events
·         Assist with booking of hotels and F&B arrangement for Business Unit events.
·         Prepare award certificates, slides, gift wrapping, etc.
·         Coordinate F&B for Business Unit and Distributor meetings.
