Job Description:

- To handle the customer enquiry of price
- To do Quotation for pricing
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customers adjustments.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer
  information and analyzing customer needs.
- Resolve Customer Complaints via phone, email and social media.
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sales.
- Inform Customer of deals and promotions

Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Min. SPM/STPM/Diploma/Certificate in any field
- Computer Skills: MS OFFICE - Words and Excel 
- Have at least 1-2 Years working experience as Customer Service.
- Possess Own Transportation
- Training Provided
- Good Spoken and Written in English
- Product Knowledge
- Listening Skills
- Phone Skills
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills.
- Can start work immediately.
