Job Description:

Job Scope
  • To prepare & check the Payment Request form for ALL Creditors payments
  • To generate monthly/quarterly Service Charge/Sinking funds/Utilities/etcs billings & Collections from purchasers & owners
  • To prepare bank reconciliations, daily collections report ,daily cash book updates & monthly Income Statement & management reports
  • To issue reminders letter and monitor collections and arrange for daily bank-in collections
  • To assist purchasers to fill up common facilities booking form, Defects /Complaint form and other forms on property management issues and inform the Building Manager
  • To assist in liaising with purchasers on financial matters and inform HQ-Finance from time to time
  • To prepare & Check month-end closing of accounts  & full set of bookkeeping
  • To do all financial documents filings
  •  Other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirement
  • Minimum Diploma in LCCI or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of similar working experience
  • Must be proficient is Microsoft Words & Excel
  • Pleasant personality, with good communication skills in English & BM
  • Able to work in Puchong South, Puchong
