Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Sushi making - Prepare sushi, cut & remove fish skin
• Maki making - Prepare maki, slice prawn and cucumber etc
• Sashimi (Fish Cutter) - Slice fish and prepare frozen food, timely food quality & stock check
• Preparation - Top up sushi rice, arrange and prepare fish-related item to the take away counter
• Other duties - Any ad-hoc duties as required by the Chef/Manger

Pre-requisites
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Passionate in sushi making and providing good customer service
• Comfortable handling knife and meet products commonly found in Japanese Sushi Menu

Job Benefits
Full Time - Annual Leave, Medical Coverage, 6 days work week (off day will be on rotational basis), with attractive salary packages.
