Job Description:

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Update data entry, filing and general paper work
  • Liaise with consumer and check all related document
  • Handling inbound and outbound call
  • To support marketing activities, eg: roadshow
  • Ensure daily task as assigned is completed
  • Handle any ad hoc project as assigned by HOD and Assistant Manager
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, High Secondary/STPM/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word
  • Required languages(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Mature, Good Interpersonal skills and willing to learn attitude
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally and manage customers’ enquiry
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply 
  • Working hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
  • (Requires to support weekend operation - Saturday & Sunday )
  • Contract position - 3 Months, Prefer Female candidates
