Job Description:

Role and responsibilities:
•Manage and resolve issues with customers who may call on customer hotline number, interactive online chat and via email queries
•Proactively anticipate customer needs and continue to delight them with attention to detail, helpfulness and genuine interest to help
•Liaise with other internal divisions to communicate issues faced by customers and feedback provided to design better products and services
 
Working hours:
•Able to work in shift and weekends
•Morning Shift from 8am-5pm with 1hr flexible lunch break.
•Evening Shift from 3pm-12am with 1hr flexible dinner break.
 
Requirements:-
•Strong command of both written and spoken English ,Malay and Mandarin.
•A genuine like for people, interaction and understanding and solving of issues.
•Competent with word processing, spreadsheets and internet tools & technologies
