Job Description:

We are a fast growing retailer of Skechers shoe. We believe we have a great product and it is our aim to provide our customer with the best sales experiences possible. We are looking to develop a strong team with good attitude and who are great team players.

Responsibilities:
  • Review invoices and check requests;
  • Sort and match invoices and check requests;
  • Prepare payment list;
  • Reconciliation of payments;
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date;
  • Resolve invoice and stock discrepancies;
  • Vendor file maintenance;
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries;
  • Ensure that reports from stores are duly received, check all the reports, sales slips, credit card slips and payments (cash, cards and vouchers) are received in order and matched in the system;
  • Responsible for monthly sales report submission to relevant parties;
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure that the outlet PICs adhere to policies.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must posses at least diploma in Finance/Accountancy/ Banking.
  • Know how to use the MS Excel and Autocount.
  • Good communication skills for dealing with external as well as internal parties.
  • Must be able to adapt to changes quickly.
