Job Description:

1、Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers who contact us thru internet or phone call.
2、Handles inquiries and act base on customers’ queries. Consult superior for unsolved issues and follow up on it until it is solved.

Required skills:
1、Computer literate and have basic knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel
2、Self-disciplined and can work independently; Passionate in customer service
3、Able to speak and write in Malay, English and Mandarin.

Working hour:
4pm-12am or 12am-8am
Work 6 shifts a week

Salary:
Net pay RM4,600 per month/ OT pay is RM22 per hour
Salary disbursed twice a month (middle and end of each month)
Performance bonus will be given once every 6 months

岗位职责:
1、受理电话及网络客户,并给予正确的处理和满意的回复;
2、处理询问、安排进展、跟进进程与沟通,最大限度的提高客户满意度。遇到不能解决的问题提交主管处理,并跟进进展直至解决。

任职资格:
1、基本电脑与Microsoft Office Word 和 Excel的操作,有一定的网络知识基础;
2、有纪律,能独立工作,一定要有“客户为先”的服务精神;
3、能说与写国语,英语和华语。

工作时间:
4pm-12am 或 12am-8am
一星期工作6个班

薪酬:
净月薪RM4,600 / OT每小时RM22.00
月薪分月头月中两次发
每六个月会发一次表现评估花红
