Job Description:

We are seeking for long term part-timers to support the accounting operations team in the tasks listed below:

Finance & Accounts Department (multiple part time positions) :-
  • Supports the accounting operations team to prepare and reconcile invoices/GRN/PO for convenience store division.
  • Performs data entry for invoices.
  • Assists on preparing and consolidating documentations on daily sales reports and invoices.
  • Supports on any ad hoc requests from management.
Work Details:
  • Part Time Rate: RM 9 per hour (inclusive of statutory contributions to EPF & SOCSO)
  • Working days: Tuesday - Friday (require to work any 2 days)
  • Working hours: 9am - 5pm, with 1 hour non paid lunch break 
Working hours and days are flexible and will be discussed during interview to accommodate both business needs and candidate’s personal needs.

  • Preferably candidates who are able to work long term on part-time basis.
  • Candidate should possess at least minimum SPM qualification.
  • Languages required: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Excel. Any knowledge and experience in using accounting software will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably candidates who are able to learn fast on the job, manage time well and organise workload. Able to cope with pressure and deadlines, and thrive as part of a team.
  • Candidate must be willing to be based in HQ at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
