Job Description:

Job Scope
  • Responsible for the sale of assigned projects/properties
  • Monitor & track own sales process, follow up & follow through with prospects until closing to achieve sales target
  • Station at sales gallery to serve walk in customers/prospects & attend to/follow up on sales enquiries
  • Register walk-in customer personal details & update the customers database
  • Build up customers database for future launches/projects
  • Take part in road shows, campaigns, promotions & project launches
  • Conduct market research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities & customers
  • Assist customers in obtaining their end financing needs
  • Arrange for the necessary sales documents to be executed by the customers with the company’s panel lawyers
  • Follow up with the administrative work such as bank loan approval, signing letter offer & collection of deposit & etc.
  • Assist to provide sales update report & other reports required by the management.
Job Requirement
  • Minimum SPM with at least 1 year of similar experience in selling properties.
  • Must be customer & service oriented
  • Pleasant looking, outspoken & have good communication skills
  • Due to high sales activities during weekends & public holidays, candidate must be able to work during weekends & public holidays
