Job Description:

We are currently hiring for a leading global medical technology company. 

Description:

This position is responsible for monitoring alarms remotely using the Remote Services Support (RSS) software solution. The position will be accountable to work cross functionally in a team environment across multiple geographies and time zones.

Roles and Responsibilities:     

1)     TSS – Technical Support Specialist

          Night Shifts only

         JD: Provide basic troubleshooting support to Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Applications.

2)     Legacy Team

         Rotating Shifts between 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM

        JD: Provide troubleshooting and support for Windows Servers, VMWare, Network devices like routers and Switches, VPN, SQL servers etc.

Requirements: 

  • More than 2 years of relevant experience in Technical Support.
  • English has to be Excellent.

  • Candidate has to be technically strong as there is a technical test in the interview

  • Interview will be face to face round.
