Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handles customer related tasks such as customer enquiry, customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, file documents and any other related tasks

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of related working experience
  • Of pleasant personality with positive work attitude.
  • Independent with good interpersonal skills
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Analytical and good problem solving skills
  • Meticulous and good attention to details
  • Good spoken and written command of English
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be able to work at Mutiara Subang (Seksyen U5 Shah Alam)
