Job Description:

Business Development Manager  - Chinese - Kota Kinabalu

Job Responsibilities
·         Develop and implement sales strategies/ plan to achieve the sales target
·         Conduct weekly sales review to support the Distributor in achieving the monthly sales target.
·         Responsible for the overall branch operations and supervision of the branch activities in meeting the financial performance.
·         Handle operational issues such as product returns, execution of action plans and field activities.
·         Ensure branch complies with guidelines and operational procedures
·         To build rapport, maintain and enhance business relations with current & potential clients.
·         Monitor, maintain and improve on service quality
·         Ensure timely response to distributor’s enquiries.
·         To lead and build a motivated and high performance team.
·         Build and foster strong teamwork and working relationship among all branch personnel.
Job Requirements
·         Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent
·         At least 2 years of prior experience of operational, management and strong managerial skills.
·         Professional presentation skill.
·         Good communication & interpersonal skills/ pleasant personality
·         A leader with strong people management and leadership skills; with ability to guide and train a team of staff to achieve sales target and service standards.
·         Able to speak and write fluent MANDARIN is a must. Good in English is an added Advantage.
·         Work requires willingness to work in a flexible schedule and frequent travelling
·         Remuneration from RM 60k per annum depending on qualification, work experience and ability.
