Job Description:

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
 
Responsibilities:
Ø  To support daily sales operations and its related administrative work
Ø  Assist the sales team in documentations on customer’s delivery inquiry
Ø  To prepare sales quotation, report, orders and customers’ financing documentation
Ø  To monitoring stock availability and stock level
Ø  Provide secretarial and administration support to any/all departments as and when required
Ø  Issuance of purchase order to suppliers
Ø  Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
Ø  Assist in daily warehouse inventory functions & inventory system management.
Ø  Data & order processing & prepare delivery documentation in carefully and in timely manner.
Ø  Schedule & co-ordinate deliveries,
Ø  To assist in daily warehouse administrative task which includes documentation, filing, correspondences, coordinating and following up on pending matters.
Ø  Responsible for tracking & monitoring of stores' order.
 
Requirements:
Ø  Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Advance in Marketing / Business Administrative/
Ø  Management or related discipline customer services.
Ø  Minimum 1 year working experience in similar field.
Ø  FRESH GRADUATE encourages to apply.
Ø  Familiar with MS Excel and computer literate.
Ø  Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Ø  To work independently and has the capability of performing multiple tasks with minimum supervision and under pressure
Ø  Possess positive work attitude and able to perform multi-tasking
Ø  High level of integrity, initiative, drive, commitment and a sense of urgency
Ø  Possess own transport
 
Benefit
 
Ø  5 day a week (Monday to Friday)
Ø  9.00am to 5.30pm
Ø  Off on Public Holiday, Saturday & Sunday
Ø  Annual leave available on employment
Ø  Medical benefit
Ø  Salary MYR 1300 to MYR 1800
