Admin / Marketing Assistant
- Responsible for daily communications including maintenance of calendar and appointments for the manager.
- Monitoring, all personnel functions, purchase orders, requests for disbursements and requisite office supply.
- Serving as administrative liaison for all positions reporting to the manager. Providing administrative support, which included organization and daily maintenance of office, communication system, filing, correspondence, copying, etc.
- Ensuring accurate maintenance of all current files for all supplier agreements and contract documents.
- Online Marketing / Email Correspondence / Ensure Sales Operation in order.
- Candidate must possess at least a Minimum SPM / Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Administrative / Marketing.
- Experienced in Administrative Mgmt, Planning schedules, Office Administration, Communication, Handling Calls, Interpersonal.
- Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
- Two (2) Full- Time Position(s) available.
- Working Hour - 9am-6pm Mon till Friday (Alternate Sat half day)
