· Assist in the preparation and service of food for guests and staff under the supervision of the Sous Chef/Chef De Partie
· Perform many basic tasks of food preparation and organization in the kitchen
· Maintain high standards of health and safety, including personal hygiene.

- Commis: At least 3 years experience as a commis in european/western food
- Demi Chef: A mininum of 5 years of experience in european/western food and has the knowledge to do rostering, inventory and independent
