•Communicate courteously with Customer via emails, letter or face-to-face;
•Maintain, keep proper and timely records, updates and correct Customer database and/or information and their business activity with the Company;
•Response and/or feedback to Customer’s request and enquiry within reasonable time frame and appropriately;
•Ensure prompt, complete and systematic servicing records of all Customer servicing activity.
•Working closely with marketing team on new company business activity/function/product/services and new Customer base;
•Support on company activity/function/product/services
•Other Customer Service related duties as required from time to time;
•Willing travel upon request.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by superior from time to time
• SPM/STPM qualification
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• Fluent in English & Chinese (Written & Verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
