Job Description:

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE - MNC (CONTRACT - YEARLY RENEW)

* Well spoken of Mandarin & English

 

Industry: FMCG 
Location: Mutiara Damansara (Petaling Jaya) 
Working hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Mon-Fri) 
Offered Salary: RM5,000-5,500


Other Benefits: 
One month contractual + 10% of annual salary on performance bonuses. 2 pair of free eyewear for staff confirm. 3 mths maternity leave with 2500 to 4500 subsidy per child (up to 3 child). Range of staff discount. Medical / PA coverage
 

Responsibilities: 
 Customer Orders (processing, modification and cancelation) for finished goods and spare parts. 
 Open orders and shipment status tracking 
 Return including Issuance of Commercial Credit & Debit Note 
 Customer inquiry - receive and response to communication (both telephone and email) from customers; 
 Local inventory management (Returns) 
 Samples management (order, shipment, inventory tracking) 
 Call center activities- Small Accounts served through telephone / web. 
 Back office support - local buying days, company website platform, sales events etc.
 

Requirements: 
 Diploma or above. 
 Previous experience in a customer support role 
 Strong phone and verbal communication skills 
 Familiarity with CRM systems and practices 
 Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively 
 Familiar with Microsoft Office 
 Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen.
