Job Description:

Responsibilities:
 Prepare sales invoices, follow-up receivables, cash collection. (rotational basis)
 Processing claims, check and verify the validity of staff claims, payments to creditors. (rotational basis)
 Data entry of accounting transactions into excel spreadsheets.
 Adhoc assignments/reports
 Perform general administrative duties, for e.g. filing, recording and maintaining of documents.

Requirements:
 Minimum Diploma in Accounting / LCCI.
 Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
 Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of accounting experience preferred.
 Knowledge of MS Office and Computer Literate
 Possess own transportation, workplace near Bandar Bukit Puchong 2.
 Highly responsible, committed, meticulous, efficient and well organised. 
 Punctual and well groomed.
 Part-Time and Full-Time positions available.
