- Performing opportunity based activities such as account profiling, prospecting, identifying and qualifying opportunities
- Documenting sales opportunities
- Meeting key performance metrics i.e. customers touched, opportunities identified and data quality.
- Experience in talking with customers via the telephone.
- Proven sales skills with previous experience in solutions selling and opportunity identification.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels within an organization.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Ability to work within a call centre environment.
- Aptitude to quickly develop and understanding of technology, licensing and solutions, and in turn sell these to customers to meet business needs
