Job Description:

Responsibilities: 
1.To assist in the daily operations such as store opening and closing.
2.To assist in the daily operations work, such as price override and refund, to ensure operations run smoothly. 
3.To count cash, bank-in and to change sufficient small notes and coins from bank. 
4.To perform banking procedures.
5.To attend to customers’ enquiries and complaints. 
6.To carry out any other duties as assigned by Outlet Head. 
7.To perform back office functions, including data entry, staff leave records, monitoring staff punctuality / absenteeism, updating Staff Profile Cards, answering UMS report, running open document, follow-up, checking, prompt submission of documents, proper documentation and filing of records. 
8.To update Immediate Superior of sales performance of the department and the sales turnover of the different merchandise. Also, to prepare monthly sales report to MM and update weekly purchasing record to OH. 
Requirement: 
1. Willing to work long hour 
2. Willing to work on Sat, Sun and public holiday
